Of course he is mate, Blackwall, Weinwald etc. Poor research for any wannabe wum, that’s why most of us just ignore him these days.

For me, the key bit there ELM is we are not 7,8 & 9 points off the top three. Almost gone before November, tough to be properly motivated in that position - that’s why I think it is so important to hang in there right now and hopefully hit some top form for another winning run.

Agree we were in terminal decline this time last year and Wolves and Bardiff were getting way ahead. We still seem to be letting goals in from crosses, high balls into the penalty area. This was what we were doing last year and it needs to be addressed. I don't have a birds eye view so I don't know how to resolve it but it is going to damage our season if we don't, a draw is two points lost.

Today we had 71% possession against a team that also like to dominate possession and we had 18 shots at goal.

I know it’s disappointing when only three are on target but Forest defended superbly and as Marcos points out, Bielsa is only three months in.

We’ve taken massive leaps towards becoming a top side at this level, we dominate possession, we have players who respect Bielsa, we have players who create chances and we have players who look a different class to last season.

Throw into the mix our up and coming U23s and IF we don’t do it this season, with just a couple of strong additions next it will take a special team to beat us.

Bielsa has got us dominating possession, he has got us playing an attractive game, he has got us creating chances, we just need the icing on the cake now, the rest of the ingredients are all there.

Forest are a fancied top 6 side, how concerned would we be if we’d had three shots and just 29% possession? We were the better side yet we had players who can perform a lot better.

Add in, if we’d spent £24 million and only created 3 shots and 29% possession we’d be rightly pissed off.

Might not happen this year but the curve is upwards and the Football is good.

    Relax and enjoy :emoticon-0176-smoke

And the extra 4 points have come from defeats we have turned into draws. Carry on like this and it will be over ten points this season, that is a huge difference.

Chill Chico it’s all good in the hood

All good mate, last year I would have been happy with the draw this year I see it as two points lost. A perverse sign that we re playing better, IMHO.

How come Pearce came on as a sub then was subbed himself? Was he injured? If not then surely this is one way to destroy his confidence

If you follow the lines, bpf’s starting position was in line with the penalty spot, dead centre... some keepers take that position, some prefer to be a touch further back. Like most of us he was expecting one of the attackers/defenders who went for the header to make contact... he was well positioned had they done so... they missed, so Robinson gets to head it from a few yards further back at chest height which he couldn’t really have predicted

You are perhaps the only poster i’ve come across who posts examples that contradict his point. You did it in last week’s in depth analysis but I was too busy laughing at you effing and Jeffing at me to be bothered to pick you up on it. This week you post a goalkeeping coaching video to prove your point about keepers taking corners out to the penalty spot. Every single corner shown as an example... and there are 5 or 6 of them... the keeper took the ball on or inside his 6 yard box... there wasn’t one that showed your point of them coming out to the penalty spot. All the keeper collections from outside the box were crosses from deep... like the one BPF took in the second half. Keepers will come out of their 6 yard box for corners but usually for slower, higher hit ones.

There is a squad of keepers at Elland Road, with a dedicated coaching team, they work on set pieces with the defence - maybe just maybe they take a team view on what they want their keeper to come for and what they don’t... maybe today, the centre half missed the header and Dallas was too busy wrestling to watch the ball.

Not injured... we went for a more attacking line up so Alioski went to wingback... guess it was a kick in the nuts for Pearce but probably the right call for a result on the day... chasing the game and leaving the more attack minded players on the pitch.

Its a team game, it was a tactical move and I'm sure Bielsa would have explained it to Pearse.<ok>
