Guys, here's my feelings about the season so far, agree or disagree. We don't deserve the media hype, because we aren't as clinical or dangerous up front as some other sides. We flatter to deceive, as last year - this is why we feel apprehensive before every match. 3/4 teams at least more dangerous than us, or it feels that way. This may change when Brown and Bamford become available, but we're trying to hang in there meantime as best we can. We are amazing at keeping the ball, Bielsa has elevated every player to a level they wouldn't be at otherwise. We should be a few points better off than we are due to sh*t refereeing, today redressed the balance somewhat - look out for demotion and re-training for today's rebel. The Blunts will fade. We need to help them. Boro, West Brom & Derby are the real threats, and Villa and Forest will come late. I love the Championship. I'd take the money for a couple of years though.
Thing is Essex, are you as confident now as at the start of the season that we'll score more than one goal, never mind 3 or 4?
No I'm not Davy but I'm more confident we won't lose than I was at the start of the season Also I reckon we'll hammer someone pretty soon
We've got a never say die attitude now Davy, I don't think we are getting the results our football deserves, yes we got some luck today but we deserved it i'd even say we deserved 3 points, I know goals win games, and we need to be more clinical up front, but when we get all our players back and in form someone is gonna get battered
