Cool...............literally! I have to admit, I do miss the snow sometimes. San Diego is very similar weather for much of the year, best weather in the world in my opinion but you don't really feel like you get four seasons. Sure, the leaves fall off the trees and stuff but you're in shorts and a T-shirt and still going to the pool! I probably wouldn't be saying this if I had to dig my car out to go to work every day and drive/walk about in the conditions but yeah, I miss the snow sometimes.
Well it didn't settle and now the sun is out but it's really cold. Sounds great where you are but I must admit that I do quite like the 'proper' seasons. How long have you been living over there ?
I left England in 2001 and moved to Holland, spent the next 15 months travelling about between America and Amsterdam. I was actually spending some time in California when 911 happened. Went to Florida for a couple of months. Ended up back in England for 6 months in 2002 but left again back to Amsterdam. Moved to San Diego in October 2010 so it's been 8 years now. I know I'm going to feel cold as heck when I came back to visit, I start feeling the cold when it gets below 65 degrees fahrenheit now! (That's 18 degrees C, I know....pussy!)
