The title is misleading (who'd have thought it?), because the change would obviously affect everyone. I agree that most of that type of substitution is a time-wasting tactic, but if the authorities are aware of this why not just instruct refs to make sure they add the correct amount of time to compensate? The add-on displayed is only the minimum calculated at the 90 minute mark, and the ref can continue for however long he sees fit. Sometimes you get the impression they just carry on until they've had enough.
A winning side especially (narrow one) always like to sub during stoppage time which usually frustrates the opposing team.
How does this work when there's been a 20 minute delay to play due to a serious injury? No subs for 20 minutes? And what if that 20 minute delay happened just before 90 minutes, now you can't even sub him? Why not just ban injuries and injury time?

Question: Are real madrid: a) using Poch as a stalking horse to get conte to make a decision or b) After giving up on conte due to his Chelsea pay off requirements and so Poch is a real link? for me it must be a bit galling to Poch to have his team **** up the CL right when Real are looking for a new manager and if he's just being used to force conte's hand. It'd be a problem if he is not being considered but just being used. I'd hate that anyway. If spurs lose poch mid season (which i think levy would resist to the death) it'd below them wdie open this season.
