Looking forward to this. I have been a regular user of Dennis Travel over the years and would highly recommend them. Attention to detail is always spot on.
Sods law that I need a minor op to my ear and the date has come through a couple of days before, So I apologise now if I have to hold back with the drinking.

I’ve consulted my medical expert and she says you’re being a big wuss

Couple of days is plenty of time to get over your piddly little operation.

Living in Leicester counts me out I'm afraid but I hope (know) you are going to have a whale of a time.

    Enjoy <cheers>

Right now I am literally about to test the train so I can report back with a review. That’s because I’m about to get on the same service to Scarborough...but from ****ing Doncaster where my train from London to Brough decided it had to terminate... :emoticon-0121-angry

Anyway if it helps with the research for your day out ...

Is it hilly where you'll be going? I've got a heart complaint and enphysema so walk up and down hills is a no no. Also since I have to take 18 tablets a day I can't drink any more but I would love to be there. <cheers>

If I'd have known there was crack involved, I'd have changed my plans and made sure I got there. :emoticon-0176-smoke

Have a good day all those that make the trip. <cheers>

Train Review - Basic. There is no buffet trolley so I suggest you bring beer to see you through the long journey (or whatever alcoholic beverage you need to keep you going...I’m an equal opportunity travel agent)

Doncaster Train Station Review. - Huge improvement! They now have a real ale bar! (platform 3b) Nice little place actually, feels like a proper boozer instead of something in a train station. Handpull pint £3.40. We won’t be going to Scarborough via Doncaster but I thought some regular commuters might appreciate the Real Ale Public Service Announcement

Given the state of our railways these days, I wouldn't totally rule it out. :emoticon-0112-wonde

Is this Linnet Car Park plan b? Where we all meet up on a train and knock the **** out of each other cause of not606 and the 'bantz'? Ha, I know I'm owed a slap or two.

Great stuff tho, Den. Work permitting I'd love to meet Filey n watch Scarborough.

If it means meeting you lot , the hoi polloi/riff raff scumbags of not606 fame then so be it <cheers>
