Shirts?

Now that the season is a few weeks old and presumably replica shirts have started to be worn consistently are there any major problems with them? or which is the best? I want to get one or two but don't want to throw my money away, haha.

A little advice would be grand, thinking of going for home and orange kits..

Really not sure about names unless they're free.. Tiote, Cabaye, S Taylor are looking likely, Santon, Colo are outsiders

 

My home kit has held up well but I only wear it on match days.

Went to JJB the yesterday and bought the away kit and got Cabaye 4 printed for an extra £10 on top of £39.99 for the shirt itself.

not good but not bad either, especially when some places charge per letter when all I had to do was pay a single fee and get whatever I wanted on.

 

Obviously I haven't had it long enough to know if will last, but mine came yesterday, a home shirt with 'Santon 3' and Premier League patches. All seems well so far.

 

Ordered yesterday. Can someone clear this silly question out for me..what material is it made out of?

I wear this shirt constantly, I love this one. Is the new one anything like this?

 

Getting one soon for my birthday, dont want more than 1 shirt though so trying to decide which player to get is an interesting dilemma. I'm thinking Best/Jonas/Taylor (less likely to be sold, but I like them all).

 

I've had the home kit for a couple of months and I wear it regularly and it is still in perfect condition

 

Does anyone else find that with the home shirt it gets smelly quite quickly? Something to do with the material maybe? I jus find I sweat more in it that in other shirts I've had. I probably come across as a dirty unhygienic bastard now but just wondered if anyone else has found the same? Wash wise, wash it at 30 and inside put and it'll be fine. For the love if god don't tumble dry it.

I haven't got any yet but I'll probably end up getting all 3. I'm not sure who to get though, it's between Coloccini, Tiote, Saylor, Raylor (purely because he scored against the mackems), Santon, Cabaye & S.Ameobi (Sammy).

 

What about getting "Ryan Taylor Over The Wall"

 

They do smell quite quickly, which is a bad thing but mines in pretty much top condition. I wear mine for games, work and when I play Footy on the weekends.

 

I'm toying with the idea of getting Perch 14 or Ameobi 9 on my shirt...

If you lads smell in a Toon shirt, god knows what a Mackem must smell like in one of theirs.

 

I've been wondering whether to buy this seasons shirt as well and people have been saying that its hit and miss, (numbers cracked peeled, pulls, clicks, badge comes off etc..) i don't know whether it was because the first batch were crap or that the material its made out of is complete ****.

 

I've got the home one and it's been okay so far. I only got it 'cause it was cheap off play.com when they had that sale, accidental or not I don't know. Better than I thought it'd be, but still not fantastic. Feels better to wear than last years though I reckon. It's only been washed a couple of times so far though. Need to get it printed but I'm not sure who! Looks odd without a name on the back. I'm reckoning someone like Cabaye, Santon, Ben Arfa, Tiote. Will give it a few months and see who the outstanding players are and go from there.

I was tempted to get S. Ameobi 28 on the away shirt. I like 28 as it's my birthday. But not sure I actually want the away shirt to be honest.
And I'm getting the third shirt with nowt on the back probably.
