    Couldn't agree personal terms with Coventry so wasn't part of the Turner deal. Be interesting to see what we paid. Originally it was £750k plus Parkin. Then I heard £750k.

    £1.5M plus Naylor would have been a fair deal.

    Apparently Cov were told that was it - they either wanted Parkin effectively on a free, but there was no more cash on the table for Turner.

    Parky wanted them to equal his Cardiff package and walked away (as is his right) when they said no.
