It would turn the PL into a Manc face off for the title every year. Abu Dhabi vs Saudi Arabia. Even the Chavs can’t compete with that kind of financial firepower.

So you wouldn't like it because it would effect you but have no issue when it effects the smaller clubs but benefits you lot right?
It would turn the EPL into an even less competitive league. Nobody, regardless of their club, wants to see the same two horse race every year, because that’s what it’ll become. Maybe Utd and City fans would be happy, but that’s all.
Utd are used to having, and spending **** loads of money. City/Chelsea/Liverpool do the same, ok the later do it and don't win much, but next year maybe. I once heard a story of some smallish clubs from the Midland way, who didn't have that much money but won a title, not sure if it's true like, maybe the bloke made it up. Point being, Utd having even more money won't make much difference, it's not like they are skint now and can't afford the best.
