well since VAR at the WC gave a pen for anything that touched the arm - yes

But you could argue its an excellent way of managing young players..

 

Very rarely does Klopp play his signings straight away. Look at Robbo, AOC for recent examples.

He waits till theyre 100% ready to fit into our system..

 

tbf to lovren... he's launching out into that giant empty space vacated as the midfielders all race to our left side in an appalling attempt to press in slow motion.... the fact he is yet to get the ball just exacerbates the situation lol
