If you cannot coach good players to become great players, nick the good players that have already been made great by good coaches.

By the time that Mourhino's lack of coaching ability has taken its toll on Hazard, United will have got a couple of decent seasons out of him.

Eventually, Hazard would be reduced to the level of Sanchez or Fellani.
