Are funerals better than weddings ? Does anyone else look around the female mourners and rank them in the pumpable stakes. Once the serious bit of the funeral is over, and everyone retires to the pub/hotel/house for the afters, quite a lot of the funerals up this part of the country turn into major bevvy sessions. Some of the best days have been after plantings or burnings.

Sounds like some sort of muslim extremist after party.

Funerals brings out the best in women I do agree. Its that sad looking, angry face on them, make up running down their faces which probably reminds us of rape & why we like that look <ok>

I've only ever been to two funerals and two weddings.

I'm well known for ruining special occasions.

Funerals are better imo. ****ing sad if its someone close obviously <doh>

When my wee cousin died I was drinking rum & coke at 9am, fell down his moms stairs by 5pm & had to throw up to try & sober me up for the Celtic Villareal game!!!

What's the difference between an Irish funeral and an Irish wedding?

The funeral has one less drunk.

I've actually used it myself at funerals of close pals.

It's light hearted and innoffensive enough to lift the mood. <ok>

The word "rape" will probably be extinct too, if that's the case.

But if you think about it, in the future there will be books/documentaries/Hollywood movies dedicated to its rediscovery.

    And then they'll realise......... <laugh>
