Also done a couple of Gordon Elliott Punchestown bets 2.05 Batts Rock - Evs 2.35 Silver Star - 6/4 3.10 Kuiper Belt - 9/4 £15 win treble 3.40 Cubomania 5/1 4.10 Outlander 9/2 4.45 Presenting Julio 6/1 5.20 Abacadabras 4/1 £2 win L15 As I've already laid out £55 will only do a small Fav/Dist shop bet today - £10 4-fold Wetherby and Bath
Wetherby and Bath Fav's looking good. 1st race at Bath was 5 lengths - could have been 12 Quotes were Bath 90 & 16.5 Wetherby 105 & 47
Same as the last race at Bath - the Willie Mullins horse was 6L plus clear.....you can guess the next bit. Lets hope it doesn't cost us. All 3 UK looking reasonable so far.
I need a big dist winner @ Wetherby for my 4-fold! Bath Fav's already won - distances looking nailed on!!
I am already regretting not putting Nottingham in the mix for a 6-fold Quote was same as Bath 90 & 16.5 - after 5 its 90 & 10.45
I’m in the same boat. Bath looks good but Nott is struggling now. Need 30l in 3 races at Wetherby. So one blot on the handicap ..
Yep - just a neck in a 3 miler Looks like all 4 favourites are going to oblige - picked the wrong accer
I need Fav to be 1st or 2nd and winning dist to be 26L in last at Wetherby for £560 - not happening in a 2 mile h/cap hurdle!!
A frustrating day yesterday Bright, Carlisle and Uttoxeter today - all traditionally good Overs tracks.
I done Notts and bath yesterday. And funnily enough it was bath even though that come in by a mile. Just watching a couple of the races where the jockeys eased up thinking if this was closer where it should be over by 6 lengths you've actually lost.
Happens every day mate....I've been doing the bet for donkey's years, and you soon get to know the cheating little bastards who ease the horses up. One of the worst offenders is James Doyle on the flat - he had a treble yesterday at Nottingham, so no great surprise that we lost there - one of his winners could literally have won by half the track I heard the commentator on the phone utter the dreaded words "heavily eased down" to which I shouted "f uck off" at my phone...
Corals Brighton over 13 Uttoxeter over 30 Carlisle over 40 Tramore over 33 All 7/4 - Carlisle is heavy so a banker bet £10 4-fold £40 win double Carlisle and Uttoxeter Not doing favourites £50 staked
Over the sticks - worst offenders are Coleman and Hughes - always ease them down. Best are Johnson and Bass - always ride them out
The 2:30 at Brighton looks interesting.... G Mosse is on a 8/1 shot but he only has two rides? One of his normal trainers D Ellsworth has a runner in the 2:00 but is he down there for that horse or Congress Place?
