    I'm sure plenty of people will disagree but i actually always liked him

    I mean, of course we actually should have bought someone in while the window was still open and this is in no way a decent replacement for that but it could be a lot worse*

    You still havent achieved overdrive <whistle>

    I liked him - about 5 years ago. Too old to do the business now though - he'd be like a Kuqi signing but much less loveable.

    Would have had him a few years back, but not now he hasn't fulfilled his potential and couldn't even hack in Scotland.

    Just putting this out there, but we are in a same position as last year and we got Kuqi, surely he is better then Kuqi?

    No we're not? We've got Ba now! And Sameobi!

    Kuqi was only because we had a distinct lack of strikers and injuries were knocking about all over the place.

    I'd only consider getting someone like Beattie in if we're lacking strikers and we need cover - but we don't. We just need better strikers. Lets just wat till January. Dare say this is just a rumour 'cause people know we failed to get a striker in

    Yes but Kuqi hardly played, and we know have Ba. We might be desperate but shouldn't be that desperate.

    I used to like him but we are not that desperate

    We need a 20 goals a season striker not someone else to make the numbers up

    He is no better than what we currently have

    Is anyone else sick of the word striker? In all honesty I'm so glad the transfer window is over. Gutted we didn't get a man who stands up front and scores goals in but that's the way it is, I just wanna get down to the football and forget about bloody transfers!

    I'm also quite tired.

    Agreed. Our men who stand up front and score goals aren't as bad as some say. Demba Ba will bang them in soon and Best will get 1 or 2
