What's everyone up to this evening?

I've got a bag of Cadbury's Buttons chilling in the freezer (yep, frozen choc is the best) and Carry On Up the Khyber in the DVD player.

    Nice!

Do you not find that cold chocolate loses a lot of its flavour?

In my opinion Frozen candy bars which have chocolate on them taste better sometimes because the textural difference allows you to appreciate the crunchiness more as there is more of it. Frozen chocolate bars though, just tastemuted as the flavors really only develop on your tongue as it warms up and spreads.

I really love rock hard chocolate.

I'm aware some of the taste is lost, but only if the choc is chomped, as opposed to sucked. I'm a sucker.

And as a diabetic, my Saturday night treat needs to be savoured for as long as possible.

On the Russian standard. Supposed to be going to a party but really can't be bothered. Waiting for this dancing programme to finish so I can watch the last episode of the Haunting of Hill house.

You cant see it properly but its the "brewed with only 4 quality ingredients" that gets me.

We do however agree with choice of Carry on films though Up the Khyber is probably my favourite. What are those Burpas like, eh? I do like Cleo too actually. <ok>

    Burpas :emoticon-0140-rofl:

Khyber is in my Top Five along with Camping, Abroad, Cleo, and At Your Convenience.

I pretty much love them all, though.

When it comes to 'on-demand TV' do you watch one series at a time or do you flit between different shows depending on what tickles your fancy at any given moment? I tend to stick with one show until it's run its course. I find it hard to keep track otherwise (I must be a bit stoopid).

A tad unfair sir. I feel every GC thread is akin to a hot jazz combo in free-form atonal spontaneous composition built around the initial riff of the OP.
Monny reminds me of Thelonious Monk..
