Please do ask her (and listen this time) for her recipe. I would love to recreate a Monny-style lunch.

I think we are having tortelloni with a Bolognese sauce. To be honest, I wasn't really listening to the missus.

A quality meat shouldn't need any binding. Otherwise, an egg will suffice. And keep the meat chilled until cooking.

I suppose I should be telling this to Mick.

No idea of what will be in the tortelloni then if you weren't listening to the missus?

:emoticon-0139-bow:Great minds, my friend, great minds.

The tortelloni will be homemade (by the missus), and the filling will be spinach and ricotta.

Watching the first episode. Bit spooky and got lesbian sex in it. Surprised you didn’t advertise that last wee nugget.

I love Spanish tortillas. Make them now and again myself. Not sure if it’s traditional but use leftover totties sliced, onion, cheese, sometimes bacon and eggs of course. Milk or double cream.

I generally find that people who use the term, "totties" or "tatties" are scum.

I shall get you Patience's way of doing hers later, hope all is well x

Meat should always be at room temperature before cooking. Doesn't matter if it's steak or mince. Cooks quicker and juicier.

    Just saying like.
