Brighton is absolutely shocking Its like inner London by-the-sea...every form of drop out, misfit and lowlife has moved there. No coincidence that the place has this country's sole Green MP.
Sadly, very true nowadays.It has absolutely gone. Too near to Catford and Lewisham, and the 208 bus route has done the rest. Two of my son's friends were separately mugged in the vicinity of Bromley South station - in both instances by people who didn't appear to be from the local area. When you consider that the train station is right next to Bromley police station, it tells you a lot about how that area has gone down the toilet.
Didn't we have a thread about sh1thole towns in England? not many towns escaped the lash, enough to drive anyone abroad.
Brighton is fantastic, everybody seems so mellow and relaxed. A beautiful area but getting more and more expensive. I could easily live there if I could afford the commute.

Another overreaction from our moderator, he did miss out the 227 route as well! Whilst I agree that Bromley is not the same it was 15 years, and too many wrong 'uns have moved into the area, I still like Bromley a lot. I'd rather live here than Petts Wood and Orpington, too many chavs. Being attacked is very unfortunate and not called for, I'll give you that.
