Wales are beating Montenegro!!!!!! Nice. Norwich City striker Morison the scorer.

Bolton if you are from England why are you not happy or excited in the slightest that we are winning 3-0 away from home. You seem more concerned with moaning about us.

Go back to supporting the worlds dullest club - Bolton

17 goals from 30 odd starts in 2006 is a pretty good return from a 18 year old looking to impose himself and when the team wasnt "built around him"

Jacky, what the **** are you attacking Allardyce for? He got Bolton into Europe with his "hoofball", and they certainly didn't disgrace themselves.

I think it would be damn close. Seriously, did you watch Brazil and Argie in the summer. Argentina were getting torn apart every attack and couldnt even beat Bolivia and Brazil were terrible - devoid of imagination and terrible going forward. I honestly think we would beat them and Uruguay I reckon we'd give them a good game. Their defence wasnt too sharp. As for Brazils penaltys! Less said the better

Did you watch England in the summer?!

0-0 draw with Algeria! And you seriously expect us to beat Brazil?

Because it is the polar opposite of the football Barca play so I feel it is a bit rich a Bolton fan trying to rain on teams such as Barca and players such as Messi. Hoofball may be effective but only to a point and it is piss poor to spectate

No, but they still would of dominated the lower-league and kept a load of posession.

I still pick Rooney over Messi, but it's what I think. He has scored 2 today, so now his record is better than Messi's internationally.

I think you need to look past the name 'Brazil'. They have nowhere near as good a side as they have had at pretty much any point in the past.

I think Messi is one of the best players in the world, I HAVE SAID that Barca are so good because of the way they are built as a team, not because of one player like some people seem to suggest (not you, but you may).

You can't say **** all anyway, every single one of your strike force can be classed as a target man!

Having tacticians such as Maradona dictating the side is always going to hit the form for country. Argentina and Messi are just waiting for a manager who can intall a competent way of playing and they will be a truely frightening prospect on the international scene

When did I say anything about Newcastle's striker set up? The style of football isnt electric but its decent enough and is only going to get better when Marveaux gets match fit and Ben Arfa returns

On a postive note, Wales are beating Montenegro 2-0 which means England look good at the top of the group!

    100 goals in 2 season
top scorer in the champs league 2 seasons running
better international strike rate these past few years than ronaldo
    player of the year

there is noone close to the quality that messi has, just because argentina have a poor squad does that make him rubbish?

didnt rooney go 10 months without scoring for england? how many goals did he score at the world cup?
how many world cup goals does lampard have? or european cups for that matter
lets even go back further, how many goals did pele score outside of the fizzy pop brazilian league?

If Messi was the greatest player in the world, then he would lead his team to glory single-handedly like others (arguebly) have.
