20 years of binge eating, drinking and drug-taking took its toll and almost cost me my life.

I now have a psychiatrist, psychologist, dietician, drink and drugs sponsor, CBT therapist, and diabetic nurse. One more drink and I'd be back on it big time - and I would die, no doubt about it.

Almost nine years on the wagon now. It's tough, but the wife and kids keep me focused.
