With Matic, it is dangerous to be fooled by a bit of decent form when he first arrives. He was similar at Chelsea. Then he needs someone more dynamic to help him out or he struggles. If you get ZZ, who do you think he will go for?
Assuming Pogba stays, and he probably won't, he doesn't need to go for anyone. He might just play Herrera or Fred instead of Fellaini for a start. Fellaini offers effort, that's all. Nothing else, bar an occasional header from a desperate cross. Matic is decent enough but needs two attacking players with him, him and Fellaini together is just pedestrian.
