Gonna give us the recipe for that? On the basis that if it’s organic, it’s automatically good for you.
You can find all the ingredients in a decent health food or whole food shop. Melt 90g organic raw cacao butter in a bain-marie (or a basin over a pan of boiling water as I use). Don’t let the hot water touch the bottom of the basin. The water doesn’t need to be constantly boiling, just give it a blast every so often to keep it near boiling. When melted, add 75g organic raw cacao powder and blend in with a hand whisk. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons to taste of Sweet Freedom (this is a low-GI sweetener made of apple and grape juice, other sweeteners like agave syrup or honey can be used). As you blend in the sweetener, the mix will begin to thicken, so keep it over the heat. Spoon into chocolate moulds and put in the fridge to set. Makes about 30 chocolates. Gert lush!
We interrupt this choc fest with some traffic news. At 12.30 today, the M271 southbound was absolutely rammed, as a direct result of the closure of the off slip road at Millbrook Roundabout. My journey from the Lordshill roundabout to the Redbridge roundabout took 20 minutes. Once on Millbrook Road the traffic started to open up nicely, although there were queues from the Regents Park Road traffic lights, as far back as the Millbrook flyover. Football supporters are advised to allow extra time for their journey to St Mary’s Stadium for fear of the same problem occurring tomorrow. We now return you to the choc fest. Radio Badger out.
Doubt it. He'll be still drying his eyes due to their early cup exit. Another season of nothing for EFC I'm afraid.
Hmmmm I like the thought of that. How is it done is it simple (for me with a simple mind. Mind you I’m less a Jim and more of a Wayne).
Our Five Boys at the back with our Galaxy of Stars in midfield should be more than Matchmakers for Liverpool although I think their strikers will have a Picnic. Hughes will Wispa in Klopp's ear that After Eight goals he can have his Celebrations and we will give him a bunch of Roses. It remains to be seen who will be the real Heroes. As for predicting the final score we are Twixt a rock and a hard place.
