I'm pretty certain my pub team has won a trophy on the Wembley turf since your last trophy, but obviously i don't follow Spurs so will wait for you to correct me
They are out until after the international break. No idea if we would have got a draw but think we would have been better...but all in all it was a great night...shame about the result but they were better but a lot of positives for us IF we continue the second half performance the rest for the rest of the season. And We saw Messi play and that was a sight and a half!
Your chance of getting anything from the game took a severe blow when Lloris gifted them a goal within minutes. It was a good game though, thoroughly entertaining for the neutral. The result was fair in the end, and so was the score line , because Barca have that much quality; but your team never laid down, and with a bit more luck, might have scraped a point. Never stopped trying anyway, that’s the main thing. Plus yeah, you saw Messi play. You can tell your grandkids that.
You'd think all real Spurs fans would have jumped at the prospect of seeing Messi play tbf ... there were plenty of tickets available on the night ... sadly, some 'armchair' fans had more pressing priorities ... Careful, you might end up with a ban, and anyone making a jokey sun-headlined thread about your ban may get a month ban p.s. BRB is a pathetic ****.
... only in your most fantastical dreams Quentin .... but my team's winning of the EPL title and my continued ripping the piss out of you as a result has certainly hurt you Quents ... nobody could doubt that mate ... Sorry
Barcelona returned loads...was surprised to see they only sold 1000...thought that they had fans all over Britain who who have wanted to see them .
... more that Leicester cares about 'no one' ... we just got on and did it and thereby proved the doubters wrong ... you, on the other hand...
... the poor frazzled Spud who has been blubbing like a gal ever since Leicester City won the EPL ... and created a tragically inaccurate spiral thread dedicated to them before that triumph, now claiming that he never thinks about them ... now that really is TRAGIC Quentin, Quentin, Quentin ...
You do see a lot of Barca shirts being worn all over the UK. And presumably they have a British fan club, which you might expect to be based in London. Probably didn’t occur to them to sell tickets that way though. @brb you seem to be a big fan of Catalan culture. Why didn’t you go to Wembley last night to show solidarity with the cause? You could have worn your Free Tommy t-shirt, they’d have loved that.
