Why would the council expect to get £30 million for a stadium over 15 years old in need of maintainance? Wasps bought the Ricoh Arena, which is newer with a capacity 7,000 higher than the KC and more things attached like a casino and hotel for £20 million.

Funnily enough I said something similar and agreed with OLM's sentiment about the potential nationality of our owners but I'm being supposedly petty.
