Morning all. Quite a shock to see some clouds in the sky today. Maybe now we are into October we should expect such things, but it was not expected by the forecasters. Temperature has also dropped to 24°C. Looks as if autumn is on its way.
Morning all. Last day on this lovely island as we start on the journey home this evening. I never tire of mountains or the Mediterranean, and have not found anywhere with quite the same appeal on the mainland. Oh well, lots of impressions to take back, and I can start planning as I bend over my vegetables, providing my daughter has kept them watered for me.

Mornin' all. Massive day today for the 'orns - and not a small day for the Canaries. Both will know more about their season by 5 pm. Here in Cadiz autumn has come. By midday it might be a nippy 25C. Better get my coat out of the cupboard. But first a visit to Cookie for a hair cut. I've been delaying it for too long. Enjoy one and all.
