A totally useless referee, and a stupid Oviedo lost us a game we could, and should have won easily. We were cheated second half, but we will be above this shower at the end of the season I am sure of it.
And re-took the lead with 10 men, also played our best football of the season first half, these are real positives that give me a feeling that we are getting there slowly but surely, add consistent, knowing, defenders in place of Love, OzTurk and Oviedo and we will storm this league second half of the season, onwards and upwards.

I enjoyed that. We should have killed the game off by HT. Even without the officials messing up, Peterborough were applying pressure from the very start of the 2nd half. Maja and Sinclair with the goals but both were poor, tbh. Maguire was comfortably the best player on the pitch. McGeough looks like a good player, he broke up play quiet a lot and just looked like a good footballer. Oviedo is a dick for giving the referee a decision like that. Our keeper looked a bit iffy today with his decision making.
At the end I will take the point. Tough enough to play the top teams with 11 players never 10. No excuse for Oviedo. Still got momentum and to me things look really good. Maja doing unbelievable, Sinclair scores, another game for McGeady to get match fit. Young lad we brought on at the ends seems a bit lively. All good....onward and upward. Haway the lads!!!

maguire excellent again tonight. Looks well above this level! And he was free.... Power was a proper captain. Don’t think Honeyman was missed at all. McGeouch poor again imo. Oviedo was an idiot. The ref was awful but I saw Oviedo kick the lad up in the air and I was 150 yards away! Promising display imo. Thought Pompey were the worst I’ve seen this season. Wimbledon in another guise
Good insight here, know what you mean about Maja, he is unorthodox to say the least, but as long as he keeps scoring he keeps playing, his goals return will dip of course, but he is gaining experience with every game and he has a bright future in e imo. Oviedo being sent off was a shock, but not I guess to the opposition it was exactly what they set about to do from the first seconds after half time, they could not beat us with football, so with such a shocking set of officials, plan B was a doddle for them, we need to learn how to handle this as a team, for it will not go unnoticed elsewhere thats for sure.
