    Leeds v Forest - 1.30 k/o

Blackman, Gotts, Struijk, Halme, Shackleton, Nicell, McCalmont, Forshaw, Stevens, Dallas, Edmondson. Subs: Huffer, Diaz, Baker, Pearce, Clarke.

    Dallas playing

Clarke on the bench which suggests young Jack will be in our squad for the visit to the KC

    0-0

A update on my mates son from Australia and his trial at Leeds last week, he was there for three days with the under 18's and more than held his own, apparently most trialists are there for six weeks.
They've asked him to keep sending videos in and if he comes back to England next year to come for a proper six week trial, he loved every minute of it and got to see many first team players while he was there. He has a ticket for the Brentford game on Saturday and would love to see a win before he goes back home next tuesday.
My only gripe of the weekend where they stayed at my place was the fact that he wouldn't take off his Leeds hat and that even the kickabout we had was with a Leeds football, my street cred is now in tatters!!:bandit:

I thought we were immense, only lacking the killer instinct in front of goal.

I'm not sure, if BPF had anticipated the shot and his starting position was sitting on his cross bar next to his right hand post he would have just kicked it away. Just need a goalkeeping expert to confirm my thoughts that the goal was down to keeper error <ok>

Now, now you're going to upset our sensitive flower. IMHO he should have anticipated that shot and chinned him when they were shaking hands before the kick-off. Now that's what I call anticipation!

This strategy is optimised is the deadly Welsh self defence art of LLAP-GOCH

    WHAT is LLAP-GOCH ?
It is an ANCIENT Welsh ART based on a BRILLIANTLY simple I-D-E-A, which is a SECRET. The best form of DEFENCE is ATTACK (Clausewitz) and the most VITAL element of ATTACK is SURPRISE (Oscar HAMMERstein). Therefore, the BEST way to protect yourself AGAINST any ASSAILANT is to ATTACK him before he attacks YOU... Or BETTER... BEFORE the THOUGHT of doing so has EVEN OCCURRED TO HIM!!! SO YOU MAY BE ABLE TO RENDER YOUR ASSAILANT UNCONSCIOUS BEFORE he is EVEN aware of your very existence

You’re on the Money fella... the greats, the bonettis, the stepneys, anyone who’s played in an army team... they see the danger several seconds before fans.

If bpf had a keeper’s Instincts he’d have spotted that reach was free before the throw in was taken and recognised the only option was a speculative lob volley type thing for the far corner. Bpf could then have sauntered back at his leisure, lit up a benson and hedges and then started a counter attack with a quick fire scorpion kick.

We are mistaking sarcasm for humour and will be duly chastised once again
