I would be surprised if 9 years would breach it. That's a serious crime and terrible if s.o.l is less than a decade.
Emotionally and psychologically probably not. Physically it would cause more damage. The butt isnt designed for that so more likely to take damage through forced entry. I would be surprised if he got a worse sentence for it though.
Nevada extended their statute of limitation on rape from four years to twenty in 2015, but this occurred before that. I believe that would put this beyond any criminal prosecution, unfortunately. That move was in response to Bill Cosby's accusations.
Hilarious. Still think the football world should bend over for you to accommodate your stadium delay?
Sodomy in and of itself is illegal in some states. Yes, I would imagine it is even worse than vaginal rape.
It's a state law. This lady sponsored the bill and it passed unanimously: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irene_Bustamante_Adams
Out of curiosity, when any team has a match postponed due to a waterlogged pitch or a foot of snow covering the turf, do you accuse them of thinking the football world should bend over for them due to the fixture having to be rearranged, or do you accept that it was outside the club's control as a third party was the reason for the fixture needing to be rearranged? There's a very good reason I'm asking this...
That's a credible response which will really help your argument get treated seriously... It's worth pointing out that oral sex is illegal in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Georgia, North carolina, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Virginia and Washington DC Note to self: don't go to Florida again, I've broken at least three of their state laws already.
I've tried credible arguments with you before but you put your fingers in your ears and ignored them all as you're one of those 'my club is perfect and does no wrong' supporters Is oral sex really illegal in all of those states?
