It's because we don't have an age restriction, or didn't back then. We have an 18+ logo now but that's for the 'betting' label. But yeah take your point. I think someone made an official complaint to some governing body over a rape thread on GC. Then someone uploaded dodgy links, they shut you down to, because they link you into risk sites ie malware.
It's not politics mate, it's pack hunting the weak. What does a persons weight or the look of his wife have to do with politics.
Keeps all the really ugly stuff in one place, I guess. Or it should do anyway. Funny how you can rip the piss out of someone's football team and they'll probably laugh; start on their politics though and it's WWIII
In the US: Proper chocolate. Decent cheese. Good quality bacon. Bread that isn't sweetened. Proper chips. A decent selection of flavours for crisps. Impartial TV news. Public footpaths! Decent transportation. Robin's blue tits. Hedgehogs, Foxes and Badgers. (We have other cool wildlife though)
Saxton's fair game though mate, sorry. He hates everyone and everything, and brings it all on himself (though I don't agree with plundering his Facebook for stuff to use against him etc)
The politics thread is way different to any football conversation, sure you can rip into someone's football team and they will laugh and respond in kind. On the politics thread some sad bastards look into peoples personal lives and looks to use it as some kind of "win" because they have nothing else to say.
Anyone is fair game if they spout ****, the personal stuff just shows how desperate some are to gain points with their peers.
I haven't had Papa John's or Domino's in over a decade... But back in University I would order PJ over D any day. Much better quality pizza for about the same price. My favourite pizza place now is a chain called "Blaze". You get a personal sized pizza base and tell them what toppings you want from a huge variety and the they cook it in front of you. One topping or twenty it's the same price. I usually get 4 or 5 varieties of cheese... 4 or 5 meats... And 5 or 6 veggies on mine. It always ends up being over an inch thick with toppings... I don't go often though because it's not that healthy.
