First job would be to sack Llambias and kick his arse out of SJP, closely followed by ripping down all the sportsdirectshite.

Change the stadium name to Sunderlandareshit@stjames'park

Try to get David Deine in as Chairman.

I would not sack Pardew as I feel that he is doing a decent job under very difficult circumstances. The club needs stability and if we finish mid table again he will have earned the right to keep the job.

Strangely enough I would not go mental with buying players. There are a lot of good young players in the squad with great potential, so I would not do a Man City but rather try and build something solid and sustainable in the long term.

I would imagine that we would still need another centre back, a left back, right winger and another striker. £30-40 million should be more than enough, but this depends on who Pardew wants to get rid of from the existing players.

Targets would be a top 8 finish and a decent run in one of the cups, having built a solid platform to increase the quality of the squad the following year with a top 6 target.

    Dare I say a 5 year plan!!

Where I would start ploughing in £millions would be into the development of local youth football. I would improve the coaching standards of local youth team coaches by providing free courses, better all weather facilities for the kids (including a few indoor domes scattered around the area). I would also encourage ALL the 1st team squad to get involved with local youth teams and provide the occassional coaching sessions, so as to develop really strong links with EVERY youth football club in the North East and get the players back to having closer links with the local community.

I would pick Graham Carr's brains to see what he would need to further improve his network of scouts both in the UK and abroad, whilst trying to develop even closer ties with youth football in France and Spain by organisng football schools in several areas.

I would pay to get Shearer's and Pedro's legs replaced with robotic ones so that they're fit to play again

And bend the rules so it's all legal, of course.

    Sack Llambias?

No lads, you're fantasizing right? So why not make him suffer?

Llambias' immediate job is to make you tea, 700 times a day.

Make him walk through town to get you a Sunderland flag, in the hope that he gets beaten up.

Change his company car to a Mondeo with a picture of Niall Quinn on it.

By this time he'll have quit and you save yourself a few quid from sacking him.

You then spend that money hiring 200 Geordie ex-cons to take turns at kicking him down the A1/M1.

A lot of thought must go into it.

oh yeah, nearly forgot...........................when sunderland sack bruce I would employ him as a mascot.

He would have to wear a funny costume (sunderland tracksuit) and the fans could pelt him with rotten fruit at half time, whilst singing his favourite song.

tbh as weird as this sounds i really wouldnt buy that many new starting XI players... i think the spirit is still high and i wouldnt want to ruin that, if we got a world class right back and striker i would keep most of the rest of the team the same and ide let pardew have a fair crack at winning the title (of course ide buy a **** load of good quality back up players but i honestly beleive our starting XI can cut it if given the time :))
