All went well. I just need to wait for the biopsy results, which could show colitis, but at least there was nothing sinister to report. I enjoyed the sedation, and the actual procedure came and went without any great discomfort.

I've since enjoyed some coffee and a lovely meal at the Continental Cafe, Maldon.
