Interesting... I see it compared to Monty Python a lot when googling it. The Mrs. will probably not like it if it is Pythonesque.

 

first series is also on netflix. There are 6 episodes in each series.

 

Filming The Crown, the house next to the corner one is my old house and that's my old junior school.

 

I might give it a try. I almost never watch TV except for right before bed with the Mrs we normally watch one show a night. Based on. Reviews I don't think she will like it. She's not much into slapstick or absurd humour.

She loved Vikings so I might persuade her to watch one show with me. That way I get to see it at least.

Sounds like she’s mentally scared from Phythonesque jokes.

Tell her there’s no snakes involved.

 

If she liked Vikings she may appreciate the dark humour aspect. It is pretty violent, but in a humorous Viking way

 

Caught up with BCS the latest episode is so very good. The relationship with Kim and Jimmy so clever. @Red Hadron Collider did you notice her looking at the cork from the bottle of Tequila from season 1 when they were doing the scam?
Brilliant TV.

 

How far in is it? When is it due to finish? I'll binge watch it once complete.

Binging on FTWD atm which seems to have improved considerably this season. Granted, I'm only on episode five/six
