Its probably not a bad idea having another basement floor, preferably soundproofed. It could be multifunctional:
- we use it as a Prayer Room,
- HIAG could use it for guitar practice
- DMD could use it for National Front Meetings
- Pete could use it for what he apparently enjoys as long as he cleans up afterwards. Maybe have a seperate entrance for Mrs, sorry Mistress, Thick. After all it is a lads pad.

Comm - is it feasible to add this or do we need to do a ground survey first?

 

You need a good old fashioned cards table for the lads poker tournament.

...and a coat hook for the "serving wench" coat obviously. Can't do lads poker without someone serving refreshments!!
