    Need a large tv to watch sport. At least 50”+.

    One of those L-shaped sofas to fit enough lads on plus space for if you’re bringing a few birds back. Decent sized table in front to hold beers and snacks.

    Don’t really play games consoles anymore but having one for a games night would be decent.

    Pool/ foosball/ table tennis table.

    Mini bar.

    Bang, job done.

    X box is great for some bonding between the lads.

    FIFA...winner stays on..epic with lotsa Booze for my heathen friends...lotsa Weed for the G's and loadsa Takeaway menus an arm's stretch away
