Now, as is my wont , I very rarely eat breakfast, only when I'm on holiday or offshore. A big mug of black tea is my only desire for sustenance first thing. I take my tea like my young men.

However, I do love cereal. My personal favourites are Bran Flakes and All Bran. I wonder if these are panaceas for depression?

I wish I had thought of this type of thread in the past.

Anyway what does ones esteemed reprobates on here think?

Go with Bran Flakes and All Bran and put some fruit in it ie whatever is at hand be bananas, berries, apple etc
Weetabix don't hurt your teeth but again add fruit, seeds etc

I can't do all the sugary stuff for breakfast any more, sets my aging teeth on edge. No more Frosties, Coco Pops, Ricicles etc.

I am partial to a bit of muesli with fresh fruit and yoghurt and there is always the old favourite of porridge (or porage if you are a sweaty)

Warmed up Weetabix with bananas chopped into it is lovely. I anticipate this will be the most solid food I can manage in my dotage.

Anyone said cereal is for pooves yet?

4 Weetabix and lashings of coo juice.

I don't really do breakfast anymore but have a bowl at work sometimes when I'm not fasting for anal.

Only 3 for me ... And just enough milk to make it into mush.

Wee sprinkle of sugar as well...

I don't eat breakfast on work days. But do at weekends or days off.

    Interesting, eh?

Extra fruity muesli with skimmed milk though most days I have one of those porridge sachets as they work out only around 160 calories.
