Could have, nearly did but four pages long is why I created a new thread for it. Not every user will go through the pages so they may not have read my comment. I thought fans would want to know which is why I thought it warranted its own thread.
Your'e a miserable moaning tw*t! i have sat back and read many post on these pages the last few weeks and you are always negative /sarcastic. Prick
I also disagree with previous comments about "Southampton not being a nice place" - thats rubbish - unfortunately, in this horrible world we currently live in this kind of thing could have happened to anyone in any town, anywhere. Chances are, because this involved someone high profile, the media will make more of a deal of it.
TBF, I havn't done any moaning, and I am far from miserable, believe me. The only negative thing I have said is regarding Martin... Oh look it's been merged, as it was the sensible thing to do.
Think that was directed at myself and FFD - both Pompey fans coming here to wish the lad our best wishes and to hope he makes a speedy recovery. As i have said, in circumstances like this, its not about rivalry - but about common sense.
Soton Saint: Wierd to thank people supporting your viewpoint as if you've gone through a hard time. Seabournes the guy in hospital Soton Saint. Not you.
Fair enough, that makes sense. I assumed it was somebody who thought it would be hilarious to pretend to be Seaborne. Seems like Dyslexic Saint has made a similar mistake! To the Pompey fans on here; thanks for the comments guys.
I hope he gets better asap, it sounds a very nasty incident. Now I know its a day off etc but what is a very well paid footballer doing out at 2.50 am in the morning? He's paid very handsomely to keep in shape, does'nt seem to be doing himslef any favours. They never seem to learn, you'd think the club would lay the law down a bit. I doubt whether Mr C and Mr A are very happy to-day.
I think someone above has said that the Saints players have been given a weeks holiday due to the international break - to be fair, what the guy does in his spare time is up to him!
He's 24 and has the day off. Why can't he go out with a friend and have a good time? He was the one hit, not hitting others so I'm sorry but I can't agree with your comment. Of course Don and Ad wont be happy, they will be concerned, a good player in a threatening situation. Hope he pulls through.
Everyone is entitled to have a day off even footballers, and tbh having a few beers etc over one night wouldn't change your fitness. Everyone likes to let their hair down now and again
