It likely won't settle, it's too wet out, it's been non-stop rain for the past few days. Probably turn into ice instead.
Your a student you shouldnt be in your room until at least 12 oclock and then with a nice cuddly fat bird to keep you warm
You have a very unusual view of student life. It's also sadly wrong. It isn't boozing up every day, you know. Only 3 of the 7 days are good for boozing up.
Mrs B has just suggested putting the heating on. When she comes round I need to have a serious talk with her it's September the 24th FFS, still summer. Last year she suggested she should now be considered “Northern” as she’s lived up here longer than she’s lived down there. No chance.
Mrs S shocked me to the core yesterday by announcing that rather than the week in a caravan in Scotland I've organised for November, could we consider going to Lanzarote instead? Reason? Scotland is cold and full of midges. It's one or the other you daft bat.
The latest **Mrs Spes likes to sleep with the bedroom window flung open every night of the year (unless rain's blowing in obvs) - she was a wildling in a previous life is my guess. **It has to be said, previous Mrs Spes's have grumbled about central heating and closed windows though
My wife sees nothing contradictory about having double glazing to keep the expensive heat but having the bedroom window wide open to let in fresh air. Even more aggravating as she is one who moans about not being warm enough and wanting extra quilts.
I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and find myself in bed with a beautiful naked woman. Other nights I awake to find myself next to an Antarctic explorer (Unnerving sense of day jar vous when this happens). What is it with women and their inability to regulate a stable and consistent body temperature?
Now I'm shacked up with a missus and two little 'uns, I've already had to switch it off twice. To make matters worse she'll have the door to every room propped open. Women, a greater contributor to global warming than farting cows. Probably.
Mistakenly I never turned the heating off. It's all just thermostats anyway so it just turned itself off and I never thought about it Bugger me it came on yesterday! Obviously Mrs Tash didn't want it turning off so I merely adjusted the stat instead. That's not turning if off...oh no. As soon as the temperature drops to -11c it will be straight back and no mistake Mind you she's already had a log fire when I went out the other night
Bleeding the radiators is my piess de resistonce domestically. **** your powerdrills and tool kits, your radiator key is your 'go to' piece of kit.
