When do you get the oven? Looking forward to doing my garden and something like that is in my thoughts.
Was room temp yes. The oven was kept at between 100-150 ish. But as I said after about 4 hours was still raw inside as have a food probe.
It wasn't good, hadn't tried it before. The Barry Island IPA was even worse. Should have seen that coming

Looks a good website. I usually stick to that psycho juice stuff but might buy some actual chillis. I can't really be ****ed with cooking, usually just grill some chicken, bit of veg and some rice and thats it so hot sauce is the better option than real chillis. I have tried a carolina reaper before though, ridiculous heat.
