Now there’s a thought ...... 5 years ago today I landed back in Gatwick having witnessed one of the finest - if not The Finest - away performances by a British team in the Europa League. The previous night I was in the front row (actually row 3 but the first 2 rows were cordoned off) at the Mestella watching the Swans demolish Valencia. The highlights were seeing the team get off the coach and walk into the stadium in front of the Jack Army, the 3 goals and the Swans fans singing spontaneously chanting (instead of cheerio, cheerio, cheerio) Adios, Adios, Adios when their defender got sent off.....
Why didn't they then ? It would not be because our defence has been good is it...or is it just another stab at the club....
We are not a big club ffs .Dream is the best possibility....Things like that only happen to small clubs outside the top 6 in a blue moon.... Stop being silly...
They didn't score because they missed easy chances, but they were chances that on another day could have been buried. We got lucky. Just as you said Montero was unlucky being injured (even though he ALWAYS gets injured). Luck is a two way process.
Point me to the place where I said we were a big club. Go on, show me. "Dream is the best possibility". That's what I said you tit.
He gets off trying to wind people up. Sad really.Gives it the big one about his trips to USA and the property he owns. Lives on his own in reality.
James Thurber based on his character Walter Mitty on him , pretty close to the real thing as well, spooky
The evil green eye is showing your envy there 55......Don't be envious son i have been lucky and worked very hard for what i have achieved so far.....you can do it if you are capable that is.
Now that the Stoke robbery is behind us, we look forward to today’s match. One could have said beforehand that the block of three matches in a week, Forest, Stoke, M’boro, would have given us a clearer picture of where we stand and where we’re heading this season. After a home draw and an away defeat, another defeat today will unsettle a lot of fans. Not that we are not playing well with a load of youngsters, it’s the results at the end of the day that will count. One win in the last six matches is the reality, and to try and turn it around we couldn’t have picked a tougher match. M’boro have won four of their last six matches conceding only one goal.
