The directors are on holiday next week, which will give me the opportunity to give you the whole sordid story, including the 'arrest' of my daughter and her boyfriend a couple of days before I arrived
They were in a big park in Mexico City. My youngest found some bushes for the call of nature (no one around) and her boyfriend was sat on a bench making a very small joint. A copper appeared out of nowhere and accused him of smoking cannabis. he said it was a roll-up. He called his mate (they were about 22 years old each) and said they were going to arrest them and it would cost £1000 fine. They said they didn't have the money. They took them to the nearest cash point and eventually accepted £200, which obviously went straight into their pockets. Coppers. Corrupt the world over
If you are in a corrupt country where cops can disappear you (and i mean disappear you) then it strikes me as bloody dim to do something to make yourself and easy target. I really don't think i'm wrong in this one.
They won't make the same mistake again Anyway, They're back on 4th October for a month, then off to Convict-land Think weed's a tad more expensive over there
