Winless Birmingham will be rueing missed chances against the Blades at Bramall lane midweek collecting their sixth draw of the season so far. Marcelo Bielsa is still without Hernandez, Roofe and Brown but Shackleton and Berardi are available for selection if required though its not very often the gaffer changes a winning formula. Tyler Roberts looks certain to retain his lone strikers role having scored a brace against the LilyWhites midweek. Can anyone name 10 players who have played for both teams?
Good evening Matt Kyle Bartley Jermaine Pennant Neil Kilkenny Andros Townsend Lee Bowyer Robbie Blake Jack Butland Gary McSheffrey I'll have give the other two some thought

Another blast from the past from my era.....Don Weston That's it for now I need my sleep Goodnight all
Quest highlights from Blunts Brum game implied that Monk's team are better then their league standing suggests, but |I'm going for the win on Saturday anyhow. 2-0 Leeds.
My favourite Brum story goes back donkeys years when we beat them at ER on St. Valentines Day. I worked in Warwick at the time & my boss was a fierce Brum fan, but couldn't get to the match as he had to take the wife out for a romantic dinner. I texted him (or was it paged in those days?), and timed it for mid-dinner, saying ... Roses are red, Violets are Blue, We scored three, And you got two. Innocent enough, you'd think. Nope. He was furious and I ruined the dinner, 'cos he went off on one & couldn't calm down. Wife got even angrier with him than he was with me. Evening totally destroyed & he got rat-arsed as he'd been relegated to the spare room, instead of the marital bead he'd scattered rose petals on etc. To say the next week or so was frosty is putting it mildly. Everyone at work was wondering what the hell as going on, as he was normally an affable gentle giant. Didn't get promoted that year for some reason .....
There’s always one team in the bottom half early on whose points don’t reflect performances, last year it was Brentford, this year it’s brum. Birmingham were the better team in most of those draws and on performances should prob be play offs. Will be a tough game as they’re going to get a win sometime. An ex boss of mine was a Birmingham fan, wj. I have no interesting stories about him but he was a Cnut, so I like to see them struggle!
This is not going to be an easy match. Brum have only lost 2 games and drawn 6 in 8 matches. And they have only let in 7 goals, their problem is that they have not scored that many goals only 5. It will be hard to score any goals in them unless we have a realy good game.
It will be no walk over as they have lost against Reading Boro and Bolton but have only scored 5 in 8 games So if we score 2 we should win
Our scoring record is almost 2 goals per game so far, against Monks which is not even 1 goal per game. On paper this is 3-0 Leeds
