Speaking as an expert on this if it's mosquitos in the bedroom that are bothering you forget about the gels and creams and sprays for you. Get a big can of mosquito spray for the room, close all windows and doors about 30mins before sundown and spray the whole room extensively not forgetting under the bed. Then shut the door and get out of the room for at least half an hour as its fairly nasty stuff.

Make sure you when you go in and out during the night you close the door.

There are also some electric coils you can plug in and leave running overnight which are also quite effective.

If you are bitten by a mosquito make sure that you catch it. While Malaria and Dengue are rare in Spain the doctor will need to know the type so that he can treat you accordingly and make sure you survive. If you need a Malaria Survival Kit I have one in Manchester.

Last night was easy. We were by far the better team and at no point did I think we were going to lose.
