Hate being wrong taff dont you .......You are suppose to praise and support your local side when they are doing well and not act like a girl because the club are proving you wrong ..
Don’t think we are running the club down ...... that said, given your track record for doing a ‘volte face’, I suspect you will be the leading cheerleader come the end of the season if things turn out bad.....
Well if you attended matches perhaps you would know that we fans are supporting the players & Management team - our concerns are addressed at the Owners & Directors. Remember - the ones you were vilifying until very recently when you decided to change tack....... You are the one who acts like a girl when you’re found out - in fact, when you’re rumbled you don’t even respond.......
Up top Stoke haven't been bad scoring 10 in 7 games its at the back they've been crap, conceding 13 times. As for us we've been ok up front with 7 goals but at the back we've been pretty solid only conceding 5 times. I don't think Stoke will feel the Woods effect as we think they would. He's a good DM and he should help with Stokes issues at the back but he can't play in place of any of the ****e back four Stoke have to contend with so at the back he'll be a help, not a cure. I think Woods influence will be felt, indirectly, up front as his presence at the back will free up Joe Allen from his defensive duties, allowing him to get more involved up front where he can pull the strings and influence Stokes attack. Hope I'm wrong. Our main issue is obvious, we've lost ALL our starting midfield. Luckily though we've not lost any of our defense yet, especially VDH and with the other three of Rodon, Roberts and Olsson we're pretty solid. That's why I reckon we've a good chance of nicking a point tomorrow. Wishful thinking? no, more calculated reasoning, we have a defense capable of nullifying Stokes attack. Impossible to second guess Potter but I hope he starts Naughton in midfield, to help Dhanda who needs experience around him. I think Potter will go with Grimes too and. here I go, hoping again, I hope Dyer'll get the nod on the right with, maybe Narsingh on the left. That's what I'd like to see as both Mackay and Asosro had a run out on Saturday and we're playing again in four days and again, three days after that. We need the numbers Potter liked so much in the summer. Need to wrap McBurnie up too as he'll burn himself out if Potter doesn't look after him a bit. I reckon 0-0, 1-1 or if any team wins it'll be by the odd goal, hope we score it.
I agree - the facts are there for all to see. 5 competitive home fixtures - 1 win, 2 draws, 2 defeats. Not ripping up trees are we? Away form better so far - let’s wait till we’ve played Stoke & Boro. For the record, I hope we win both
“The only way he can do well is if he gets enough backing that is required......I have plenty of faith in potts but i have little faith in the club.......I hope i'm proved wrong but i won't hold my breath.....” Jun 4, 2018 “It will be a season of avoiding relegation if the club dont change it's policy in a lot of things it does. Pott's on paper looks to be the right manager for us but he will never be successful without change and backing.....We need to speculate to accumulate now even if we occur some debt in our first couple of seasons...” Jun 11, 2018 “Are the Swans going to follow Stoke's Example of keeping players they need for next season....They should if they want to make a return to the top flight as letting them go only further weakens the side and i'm not saying we should keep everyone like Bony and a few others for instance.....I wonder if this rejection comes from Potts, I like to think it did....” Jun 8, 2018
Once the Americans Explained how things stood then that changed my perspective of things and i could not disagree with them.....To give them credit it is working for them......It is their club after all and you can see they want to make a success of things.....So i agree with them 100% with what they are doing.....
Ha ha ha ha ha, the idiot that keeps giving, you couldn't make it up could you, well one person could.
I expect most people will be watching Liverpool v PSG though. At least we should be getting some TV money
Shut up ..It's called choice and accepting that the club is right in doing the right thing.....After all go back and see the fans reaction before the season ended ....The fans were crying out for a massive change and a clear out of players........What has took place i wonder ???? NO NEVER!!! Not what the fans wanted What silly owners doing what the fans wanted.....
On paper a fast fluid line up , nice to see the manager is willing to try yet other options in how we approach the game .
