"I do think Nicklas Bendtner is a good signing. I've always thought Arsenal might be just a bit too big a club for him - he wouldn't think so judging by what we've seen - and that he might be better off being a bigger fish in a smaller pond. I have seen a lot of him playing for Denmark and he is usually different class and there's no doubt he's got something; he can get goals and make goals. There's definitely a player in there waiting to come out. Could be another star of this window" SkySports.com

I think he is spot on personally. I just hope we adapt to the 2 men up front and give our whole attacking play some momentum. Gyan and Bendtner could be a very useful forward line.

I think so to mate Gyan & Bendtner could be the perfect partnership. Lets just hope they both gel & the Midfielders can give them good supply

Yeah, the more i think about it, the more i like it. Tbf to Bendtner, he's a skillful player for a big lad. He likes to mix it up with the odd step over occasionly, can't say i've seen many lads his size doing that. As i do love me a bit Manchester United, i've enjoyed many a laugh at Bendtner's expense, but i'm sure he's a lot better than i've given him credit for in the past. I can see him doing really well.

Well, i liked Bendtner, but if that ****ing thick twat has said it he's a certain flop.

    Woe is me.

What Jamie Redknapp knows about football could be written on my ball sack with an oversized magic marker, one of those big ****ers used for promo.

My balls are normal sized, as a reference.

I definitely think he offers us an option of power and strength that we have not had since Kenwyne Jones left us (sorry mate, I'm well aware what you think of him), but with a lot more in his locker on top (there see, not as bad as you thought eh). Let's hope for all our sakes that he hits the ground running..<ok>

I'm praying Garth Crooks, the gut wrenchingly useless ****, keeps his ****ing mouth shut.

RAW - never doubted you mate. Lol

I like Bendtner and rate him and the Arsenal fan at work told me ages ago that he thought that either Sunderland or the **** wits up at NE1 should take a punt on him. He may not quite be Champions League (although he has scored Champs League goals) but then we are not going to be playing Barcelona or Inter anytime soon are we?

As a bread and butter footballer, albeit one with a bit of an ego (reminds me of myself a bit there Lol) he does indeed offer so much needed height and power up front and with Larsson and Sess providing the ammunition, heres hoping he does thrive up here.

Does anyone know, or can you confirm, do we have a buy out clause for £8m in this deal or not? There was a bit of confusion earlier as to whether that was the case or not?

As far as I'm aware we don't have a clause to say we can buy him after the years out.

    I still think size doesn't matter......... :p

It was the way Arsenal played that didn't suit him. <ok>
