Jusy seen that Kipchoge has broken the marathon world record. Time. 2hrs 1mi 39 secs. ****ing unreal. That’s running at pretty much 13 mph over 2 hours.

Been out with the folks and my family for a Roast at a local pub. Nice and chilled, little place just up the road from me. Had roast beef (served pink like it should be) Yorkshire pud and horseradish sauce, with all the trimmings. Lemon and Raspberry cheesecake for pud. This is what Sunday's are all about
Chillin on my terrace with a few Cruzcampo waiting for wifey to get ready for going out. Looking out at La Concha, not sure how big it is but it's big. Some fit chicks at the pool today with nice round pokey fakies. Happy.
