I fancy Liverpool based on the counter-attack game. This game is bigger for Tottenham than it is for Liverpool - this is a game Spurs can't afford to lose, they've got to have a go especially after what happened at Watford. Liverpool will pick them off.


If you want to win Premier League titles then you have to win these games, so Liverpool will be judged on this too. I think they'll win this one but toppling Manchester City for the title will be so difficult.

Tottenham v Liverpool (12:30 BST)

Liverpool came unstuck against Spurs at Wembley last season but I have a feeling that both teams might cancel each other out this time.

So I am going to go for a draw.

Both teams are going well, and I think they would both be happy enough for a point.

Lawro's prediction: 1-1

Its not really, if it is a close encounter and we come away with a point then fair enough. Lets not get beaten.

 

If we can win this, we are going to put a daylight between us Tottenham. 6 points gap, though still early in the season.
