The lease is there and it's between the Council and the SMC. Todays nightmare scenario is the Allams finally sell Hull City but keep hold of the stadium. I know it makes no sense but it's the sort of thing the Allams would do to prolong the pain.
Talking of Chavs, I started watching Vikings the other night. What an uncouth bunch. Pillaged Lindisfarne on their first crossing nothing there to rape so they moved onto Brid & Chavs were established. FACT.
The local bloke has pulled the plug after failing to withdraw his £200m out of two City Centre banks yesterday.
I'd prefer Cat Stevens myself - based on lyrics... ... Although there are traits of pa & son in both You've had your jollies - get outa here...
'Ey up John. Just watched a couple of episodes of "Eight go rallying" on BBC TV where the likes of Martin Kemp & his missus and Noel Edmonds & his misses do a car rally (rather sedately) through Thailand, Cambodia & Vietnam. Can't believe the driving in Vietnam...it must be hell with all those motorized bikes & crazy lack of Highway Code rules. How the hell do you manage ? tc Edit: In the last episode, Martin Kemp suddenly says "Hull City to Saigon" !!! I'm not sure why, I'll have to view it again. I know a friend of my sister back in Hessle does this type of rallying, so I'm wondering as I think he's still a City fan ? Maybe be he's on it as one of the "pro" ralliers ?
When I first noticed this series was showing I thought it would be one of those typical bullshit reality programs - but it turned out far from that. Very enjoyable series, with spectacular scenery throughout.
That's interesting, it's a pity I can't get BBC, only ITV, Channel 4 & 5 here on catch up. The motorbiking is crazy, there seems to be only one rule of the road and that is just miss each other.
Mr Hatem has posted a link to all 4 episodes in post #11974 John which doesn't require BBC iPlayer. Edit: I see he's already responded the same to you. Worth a watch.
Debt sounds higher than hoped. Nice interest for them. Over £4m last year, over £3m this year. The gift that keeps on giving (to them). Player valuations in the BS (ha ha) increased compared to previous year. Now £20m. Hmmn, don't see that! Business genius to have had all that revenue and still be showing £63m debt. Still, not sure it all relates to our club, as it's headed Hull City Tigers and the auditors opinion doesn't mention that the owners are ****s, so obviously something not quite right. Only cursory look, couldn't see anything about future para payments ...... nor about intention / progress to sell.
