That's probably about 6 hours drive from where I am... So not very close... But by US standards not very far...

 

I think thats what it is and like Tobes mentioned you can't have proper sleep under the influence of alcohol as it stops your mind entering that state.

Very noticeable too how refreshed I feel after a few hours compared to before too.

Had about 4/5 hours today, happy with that.

I have actually redone the Harry Potter picture with a similar looking wizard as a standin... Just haven't posted it yet.

That's good you haven't craved it while away mate and the break could definite be helping.

Just beware though that if you manage the whole holiday dry then when you come back it will feel like you're starting from day one again.

 

I agree . Thing is though, I'm a creature of habit . So.maybe , just maybe , I can carry on when I get home . To much to lose . Esp as alcohol negates the anti depressants I am on . Any , off out for a wander . Laters everyone .
