Nightmare neighbours like matth usually end up getting asbo'd or evicted by their local council, his neighbours are entitled to modernise/refurbish their home and the builders had the decency to wait until a reasonable(9 am)before starting their noisy work.
No doubt you make lots of noise on a regular basis and they tolerate it, grow the **** up you layabout and be thankful you have a nice house to look at next door as you walk up your path.
