Villamoura is bare expensive for everything but our friend has a villa there and his fridge is always packed with food and beer.
I've had San Miguel and Cruzcampo here, cos that's what the Mrs fetched back from Supercor. She's off again now so I'll let you know what the next batch of pisswater is soon.
Same here mate, Marbella and Puerto Banus is like Essex in the sun, full of bogus, self obsessed, bell ends and the food is generally bollocks and heinously expensive. Villamoura is a much better shout, nowhere near as pretentious and much prettier imo.
Yeah, it feels dirty in the port down there. Crawling with ****boys and old men with dolly birds. I got some nice frozen yogurt though, so every cloud.
The stuff on the crossing between the two countries is dreadful! 1664 in France is ok but prefer other beers. Kronenburg red for a start.
Looking after my old man tonight, whilst my old dear goes out for a meal with her mates and a break from caring for my dad. So the next few hours will consist of trying to make sure he doesn’t put the cat in the washing machine or take a piss in the cupboard.
Bet you blend in better than a predator. In all fairness most overly tourist spots in Spain are terrible and ruined by the brits. There is an amazing village about 10-20 mins drive inland into the mountains which is phenomenal. If only I could remember the ****s name. Will have a look on a map see if it jogs my memory.
@Tel Gaucin and Ronda. Can’t remember which I preferred I think gaucin is the place, both are near to ish to each other.
Anybody know where @Milk McQueen is ? Big storm heading his way. Hope he’s got his candles, batteries, water and tinned beans at the ready ?
Been to Ronda when I went to Sevilla for a bit. Lovely place, well worth a visit. I've got a few mates in Marbella but they live in San Pedro. Puerta Banus is a ****e hole. Marbella old town is lovely.
Yeah the Mrs practically grew up here so she knows loads of spots. I was only down there today as they were shopping at El Corte Ingles. Going to pop up to something called Orange Square which I believe is in Ben Havis at some point, I'll mention the two places you mentioned to her and see what she thinks.
