Arsenal and Liverpool among shrewdest movers during summer transfer window - but it's bad news for Chelsea The CIES Football Observatory's breakdown of the summer's biggest moves had some very interesting findings regarding Premier League clubs https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/arsenal-liverpool-among-shrewdest-movers-13225089
given arsenal are way down the table and not looking right and cheslea look bang on it at the top..... hmmm
It's CIES mate. This is the same company that values Deli Alli at equivalent of Salah and more than Mane. It also thinks Rudiger is valued higher than VVD by 10m It still thinks Morata is worth 80m
well..... when people play spreadsheets over what their eyes and experience can tell them you get rubbish like this.
Had a little look at the CIES website and found this quite interesting, bearing in mind the table posted the other day of how much teams have spent since the PL started. This table is only 2010/18. Figure 7: clubs having received the most fees for transfers to big-5 league teams, € million (2010-2018)
Paris Saint-Germain head coach Thomas Tuchel will not be involved in the decision over where Adrien Rabiot plays his football next season. The 23-year-old broke into the PSG team in 2012 after spells at a number of academies including Manchester City's. He has grown in the team and made over 175 appearances for the Ligue 1 champions but is yet to agree new terms on a contract that runs out at the end of the season. Liverpool and City have both been credited with interest in the player as a result of the absence of a new deal. And while Tuchel has talked up how much he enjoys working with the player, the former Dortmund coach indicated he will not be decisive in how the player's future is worked out. "I really like Adrien, really. I appreciate him," he told RMC.
We really need to buy this player Top top top class He really isnt, i know his mum and she said he definately is maybe not coming. If he comes he is world class, if he doesnt he is a cockwomble. Either way i dont like him Right that covers all my angles, gordon bennet this int break has dragged !!!! Wonder what the spuds will make of this ?
Didn't we make an announcement saying we're not planning to sign Rabiot? / Not that we haven't said such things and backed out before.
Because he doesn't like the idea of us having a bigger squad that can cope with injuries and more games.
or maybe he realises we have enough cms already and do need one in one out. milner Henderson windy kieta lallana grujic still there. fabinho. shaqiri might even get a go in a 4 in a 433 that's really enough.
