It's a cracking song though. Those righty patriots won't take kindly to it though. Their comical hero being taken the piss out of like that! All politicians should be taken the piss out of cos they're all out of touch charlatans!

I'm pretty sure that's a given Ellers hence the constant debates/arguments. I would be absolutely bricking it if Johnson was PM regardless of my stance on brexit.

The problem we have is that May is weak and has ruined our bargaining hand with the EU. Her heart isn't in it. If you are worried about 'bricking it' bob it would be due to the EU accepting the Chequers deal. I hope everyone rejects that 'rubbish'.
These songs, anti-Brexit newspaper stories, cartoons are just ways to erode the populations minds.
    on another note...
I have just spent 2 months away in the EU and to be honest our country is miles ahead in so many ways. I learned so much from ex-pats and the people that live there. If people want to talk about protectionism try being English and getting a job in France
The EU is simply not working and they will be having major problems with Sweden and Italy in the coming months.

Don't disagree with that mate. If the chequers deal is to be accepted then all it does is weaken us further......we may have well stayed in the EU (which I'm all for). Nobody, especially on here, is going to change anyone's mind or thinking process regarding their stance on brexit/political alignment, regardless of a funny song, slandering comments, fake news snippets, propaganda etc etc. We all think and try to act on what's best for us individually or as a family (well I do anyway) and vote or debate accordingly. What's good for one is not necessarily good for another....so to speak. That's where we are unfortunately. A country divided nearly 50/50. That's a recipe for disaster on it's own.

Oh and I wouldn't be bricking it due to the EU accepting the chequers deal.....I said I would be bricking it if Johnson was to become PM. Wouldn't matter what party he represented, I personally think he's exactly what the song stated.

Don’t mean to be pedantic, but shouldn’t it be “Run”?

Apart from being a liar, incompetent and a self centred, self promoting twat, the thing that winds me up about Johnson is the cringing worship he gets from some people, who think he is intelligent because he went to Oxford and a ‘great orator’. He is the furthest thing from a great orator that I can think of. He uses florid and over the top language, stupid dated comparisons, and sometimes poor Latin to say very little of substance. He’s not even especially fluent, lots of stutters and mistakes. People who compare him to Churchill (which he encourages and loves) really don’t understand either Johnson or Churchill. The most Johnson can aspire to is demagogue, not orator, but he’s nowhere near charismatic enough even for that.

Still, he might be about to split the Tory party so he can’t be all bad. A welcome Labour split looks almost inevitable. MacDonell on the radio now saying he wants a ‘broad church’ party but members must be able to select MPs and make sure they do what the members want i.e. be delegates of active party members, rather than representatives of the electorate of their constituency. As he well knows the active members are mainly Momentum/hard left, so in effect he wants a broad church of the hard left.

So while I have been away...
. May looks like she is finished and is a sh2t dancer.
. Johnson is carefully saying the right things to position himself (some just don't understand).
. Comrade Corbyn has proved he has a problem with Jews again!
. 2 Russians have been identified as the poison attackers...funny some on here disagreed with that one?
. Trump seems to be doing well with the economy but has a leaky white house. Someone will soon do doing the Potomac two-step. (funny some on here said that wouldn't happen. Maybe if I sound intelligent I might get more likes).
. but most importantly the R's are getting better!
